I can't say enough good things about the staff and management at Pizza Hut Eastown in Grand Rapids. Moley, the general manager, and Jennie, the wonderful assistant, along with the entire team, exemplify what exceptional customer service and professionalism truly mean. Their dedication to creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere is evident the moment you walk through the door. The staff's attention to detail, genuine kindness, and efficiency make every visit a pleasure. Moley and Jennie go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and satisfied. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and in providing the best experience possible. People are really missing out by not coming in and experiencing this place firsthand. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the aroma of the pizza—fresh out of the oven—is absolutely irresistible. Their service is Outstanding WAY better then Plainfield I specifically ordered to light sauce and they do way better than Plainfield who did NO sause Molly at wealthy location is extremely good at her job and Customer Service

I ordered directly at noon during rush hour my food was hot correct and early and delivery driver Phil brought extra sauces even though I did not ask and cheese and peppers I love them

Got carry out and it was great. - Personal Pan Pizza (cheese): Standard (DELICIOUS!). Cheesy, thick, warm, and everything Pizza Hut claims. They served it in a box (another store served it in an aluminum tin). - Service: We did end up waiting in the waiting area a while. There was only one other customer in the store. We were helped within 5 minutes though. The order was correct and quickly handed off. - Atmosphere: DINE-IN! I saw Google Maps said it was NOT dine in, but it is. It was VERY clean, well decorated, comfortable looking, and all around great. We did carry-out, but I would so come back for the dine-in experience. It seemed to be a freshly remodeled location. - Conclusion: I’d recommend this location. Visited on a Wednesday at 5pm.

Ordered through the app. They called to verify I “only wanted a cheese pizza” but I missed it. Called back to let them know I had ordered pepperoni but it wasn’t a big deal. They apologized because it was already out the door. Got my pizza and breadsticks delivered in 25 minutes. And the driver offered a coupon because “their app had been having problems”. That’s an impressive way to be aware of an uncontrollable issue, attempt to prevent it and still offer compensation anyways. Guess I’m a Pizza Hut guy again. (These breadsticks always hit, too.)

This Pizza Hut is the best I've ever tried! From the service to the pizza itself, I'm thoroughly impressed. Whoever owns this location takes excellent care of it. I used to dislike Pizza Hut, but their sauce is unmatched. Everything about this place is fantastic – they're truly the bomb. But seriously, I genuinely enjoy visiting just to interact with the amazing staff.
